Amazing staff at Kingston upon Thames store always bubbly and cheerful , very very knowledgeable about the product they sell great advice that has now made me a regular shopper , the ladies always make you feel welcome and make your visit enjoyable

Customer services rep was grumpy and very unhelpful! Didn’t ask for my email address or offer the loyalty tea pouch. Was greater by a much more friendlier staff member during the second visit to the shop today and had the complete opposite experience!

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. A couple of them remembers you as repeat a customer too. Something of an improvement as well, they are increasing their variety of loose leaf varieties in-store which is welcomed for an in-person experience and discussion in comparison to online shopping. An area of improvement is linking the loyalty programme with the online shoppers.

Warm welcoming atmosphere every time I visit the store (Cardiff and London). Sales are friendly and helpful to introduce and explain the characteristics of various tea. Grateful to receive little gift as a community member.

We brought our caddy to the shop to refill our favourite tea; however we were told they’ve been discontinued - what a shame! wish they’ll bring it back in the future.😭 The staff was nice and tried to introduce us to a new flavour tea, but still, nothing can replace my favourite tea.
