Bought a chair from the clearance range which im very pleased with, don't really notice the defects. Would have given 5 stars if delivery was quicker (seeming as it's already made) but the delivery company were brilliant

Can have no complaints. Delivered on time in the window arranged with the delivery people. The two guys took off all the protective covering took that and our old chairs away and made sure my wife was happy with them before leaving. As for the process itself it was easy once we ordered we got a confirmation and were asked to check details were all correct before going into production. We were kept informed along the whole procedure. The two chairs are absolute quality with a great professional finish you can tell instantly the craftsmenship involved. Will definately use again.

Poor Service and Communication.
When first looking for a leather chair with a different style I came across this company. Happy with the prices, samples and information sent out promptly. Ordered the Barton Wing Chair and an extra hide for a leather desk insert for my client. First issue, they sent out the wrong colour, when looking back at my emails and the order, the sales advisor had put the wrong colour on the invoice this meant a hold up for the desktop manufacturers and we had to wait another week for the right hide. Had to chase to get the refund back for the postage too. I ordered this on 7th May so after 7 weeks called for an update - it hadn't even been started and I was given the excuse that the frame was not yet in their workstop. I'm still waiting after being told twice "it's in production and will be finished this week, so should be with you by the end of next week". They don't respond to emails promptly, and I feel lied to, and if they clearly have issues with production they should just state a longer lead time, instead of giving people unrealistic expectations. As a business you would hope other providers should understand how it feels when you're letting your clients down. Really hoping we're not going to be disappointed with the quality when it finally turns up.

We ordered ordered the swatches and I highly recommend you do, we ended up ordering a completely different leather than we originally thought as a result.

We were too speedy in our disposal of our old sofas, ie lounge with no sofas or chairs for weeks, so hold off arranging removal until the sofas are finished as delivery may take another 2 weeks after that.

Took delivery of our leather chesterfield yesterday it's fantastic we couldn't be more pleased. Great communication from both the Chesterfield Company and the delivery company. A big thank you to all involved from ordering to manufacture and delivery all were faultless. Excellent product and service, We would strongly recommend this company.

"Excellent delivery service- quality of product not so good."

Ordering was fine. Delivery was excellent. Leather on our sofa and chair is a little loose in places- and I’m constantly pushing the sofa seat cushions back on. Not quite the standard I’d hoped for the price.
