we are very happy with our tub sofa well made, staff were very helpful and our sofa was delivered well on time and the deliver guys were great to would be very happy to use again

"Great service and excellent quality"

I ordered and had delivered 2 leather Chesterfields. We visited the showroom, the sales lady we had was excellent, no pressure and knew the product well.
We have had the sofas about 6 month now and we are extremely happy with them. All the materials its made from seem very high quality, along with the workmanship. I would definitely order from here again.

"Chesterfield sofa"

A beautiful sofa. from the efficient online samples service through to delivery, a quality, easy way to purchase. Staff very helpful. spot on delivery date. Iwhen the sofa arrived, the leather felt a little hard, but just took a mere 2 days to warm up and is now gorgeous, soft and very comfortable. exceptional value for money.

"Highly recommended-great quality and value."

We ordered two sofas and I was really impressed both with the customer service and the sofas themselves. The sofas were ready earlier than expected and of a really high quality.All of our friends and family have commented on how great they look. They were also great value.

"Brillant sofa, well made"

We've really enjoyed our 'new sofa experience' as it's been flawless from start to finish. After visiting the factory/warehouse we chose the sofa and was then told it would take between 9-12 weeks...it was bang on time and looked perfect when it arrived. After all the sofas we looked at in John Lewis, Next etc...this one just seemed more sophisticated.
Would highly recommend and would buy again from here.
If I could have one negative to say...it would be the name of the company. We found it online as 'The English Sofa Company' but struggled to find the warehouse as it's called 'Forest' and then I was asked to review 'The Chesterfield Company'! Confusing and not consistent from a brand awareness perspective.

"Excellent Service!"

Nothing short of a five 5 quality of product. The chesterfield arm-chair I got is extremely comfortable and well made. I would definitely buy another chair from them!!

"Very good products, customer service is a little bit slow"

Quality of products is very good. Sometimes customer service didn't answer to my emails and the delivery time to Finland was longer than anticipated. I am very pleased however.

"Awesome!"

Great customer service from the moment we entered the showroom all the way through to delivery and the sofa quality is exceptional!

Staff couldn't be more helpful, especially as the options we wanted for our sofa were pretty bespoke (from a brand new type of leather in a colour that hadn't even hit the site yet to foam fillings and button options that weren't listed as being available for our sofa's range) - The Chesterfield Company were more than happy to oblige!

One final great touch was their update service, letting us know where our sofa was in the production process - it was a nice surprise at the halfway point getting an update email counting down the days to delivery.

Couldn't recommend enough!

"Great quality sofas"

We ordered two of the Arundel sofas and they are fantastic quality. We went for the antique style leather which looks really authentic.

Delivery took slightly longer than expected and I was the one having to chase so my only disappointment as a customer was that they could improve on their communications to keep customers updated on delivery.
