Nothing was a bother to her and all flights, accommodation, transfers, guides were organised to perfection. In particular we were impressed with diligent South American companies used who provided the multitude of guides who all were waiting for us upon arrival at various airports, train stations, & hotels, with our entry tickets, bus/train tickets. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday, with no hitches, apart from a few delayed flights, which was no fault of Eclipse travel. Even with sometimes a 3-4 hour delay, our driver was still waiting for us at the airport, which was wonderful. Thanks Eclipse Travel - we would highly recommend you.

We spent 7 days in Central America (Guatemala & Belize) thanks to the help of Mauricio and Eclipse Travel and this was hands down one of the most amazing trips we've ever taken! Every piece of the trip was put together perfectly from shuttles, plane rides, tours and more and the resorts they booked for us were top notch! Our experience with Eclipse Travel was excellent. We received prompt attention & valuable assistance when planning our Patagonian itinerary. Although there was some breakdown in communication with a local operator in S.America, it was resolved quickly by the Australian office. Would recommend to others & would use again.

"The local Eclipse office were good but …"

The local Eclipse office were good but their local contacts in La Paz were terrible. The guide for our city tour was very good as were the La Paz drivers. the guide across the Altiplano was a shocker. My wife and I are very well traveled and we have placed him in our worst 3 guides ever. We were then given an assessment form by the guide who watched whilst we completed it!! Eclipse need to evaluate their local agents better.
