Everything went smoothly, which is really good when you are travelling in a continent where you don't speak the language. All the hotels were nice and the guides were good. We loved most of the places we went too and there were lots of surprises as well - things we just weren't expecting or weren't expecting to be as nice as they were.

Eclipse have organised trips to Brazil (Iguazu Falls and Pantanal) and to Antarctica for me. On both occasions the Eclipse agent's personal experience of the destinations and their linkages with high quality operators on the ground made it a worry-free and amazing trip. They've been efficient with communication at all stages of the process and haven't minded spending a lot of time with me finessing itineraries. I've now asked them to organise the Galapagos for 2018!

I would recommend this company to anyone.We travelled for 8 weeks and had hotels,transfers, day tours ,and restaurants booked via Eclipse travel everything went smoothly and 99 %of all the above was met with punctually and a friendly smile
The way in which Marucio put together our wants must haves and all our ideas was terrific,and with only one phone call the rest was done by email from another state
Even when things went wrong ie an airline strike again not only the local tour operator but we were contacted by there branch in Santiago and email from Australia making sure we were not needling assistance

A truly great experience. We organised our Antarctica and South America trip with Mauricio who was fantastic right from the first contact. He very quickly understood our needs and the itinerary that he put together for us was perfect. We spent 11 wonderful days on our Antarctica trip sailing on the Ocean Endeavour which was a wonderful ship. The crew and expedition staff were terrific. We then headed on to Rio for a few days before going on to Iguassu Falls in Argentina and then the Brazilian side of the falls. From there to Buenos Aires for a few days before flying home. All our flights and transfers happened without incident and always on time. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The accommodation that was organised for us was perfect for our needs and always in great locations. We would absolutely recommend Eclipse Travel. They are professional, knowledgeable and really take the time to put together a wonderful trip. They even emailed us whilst we were away to make sure everything was going well which we really appreciated.

Just come back from my recent trip to Mexico with some friends. Everything was arranged by eclipsetravel.com.au and I have no regret: planning, tours, hotels, guides, transportation were perfectly organised.

We are very satisfied by the dedication, care and know-how of Eclipse Travel on making everything to happen smoothly: punctuality, quality of the tours & routes & expertise from the 3 guides we had (specially Lalo in Oaxaca) during our trip.

Mexico is great country and we had a fantastic time discovering it with this agency. No doubt I'll choose them on my next holidays

"Patagonia Trekking"

There were several issues with the package:
1.Early check in/ check out crap - The first day I arrive at hotel after a 12 hour flight and I am told that I cannot check in as it is an "early check in" and I have to wait 8 hours ! Eclipse Travel was unreachable. I was left with no accomodation. After 3 hours of helplessly waiting in the lobby - I was given a room and early checkin fee waived off as a "courtesy" > Later eclipse travel told me that they never cover early check ins and outs no matter how many thousands of $ you give them . This is totally absurd and incomprehensible to me as to why we should be left without accommodation as any travel package SHOULD be planned according to the times indicated in your ticket! We shouldnt have to bother with "early" or "late" check in/out drama!
2. Incorrect time on transfer - My transfer from El Chalten to El Calafate was listed at 7:00 am. No transportation arrived till 8:00 AM. Upon calling the transfer emergency number it was known that the transfer was scheduled for 7:00PM instead! If I had known this before I would have planned a day hike for me ! Luckily, the receptionist helped me reschedule the transfer to 9:00 am and I left with regrets!
3. Wrong information - I was told that I wont be carrying my luggage which was obviously untrue and was told so a day before my hiking trip. They did arrange bagpack for me but my stuff was all over the place as I did not plan to carry it in a bag pack!
4. Not all transfers included - I had specifically picked this company over a local company because I wanted ALL transfers to be included ! Surprise surprise ! this was not the case. I had to pay for one of the transfer myself. It was not a big of deal but then again dont promise what you cannot deliver!
5. Payment policy - They dont use a third party payment portal like paypal which means you have to pay yourself all the transfer fees which was 100 USD in my case on the top of very expensive package (4000 USD for one person) . This is one of those hidden fee which is not revealed to you until it is time to pay
I would never use their services again. Horrible experience. So costly. The travel agent kept reminding me that all these problems happened because I wanted the cheapest package! Hell I spent 4k USD and got superior/deluxe rooms with private transfers! These features do not make my package "cheapest",
