Be it simple or a bit "different". Even if it's not an area they deal in staff area more than willing to work with you. Offering advice, options and co ordinating as neseccary. We have just returfnned from a tailormade tour of Kenya and Zanzibar organised by Karen of Eclipse Travel. What a wonderful, stress free time we had. There were three of us, myself, my husband and my sister. My sister has Parkinson's and some other mobility problems which we had to take into account. After discussions with Karen I gave her our brief -comfort but not over the top luxury, ensuites, safaris but not moving about too much and not too long periods of travel. She met these requirements admirably and designed an interesting but not too demanding tour with plenty of variety. Working with Scenic Treasures in Kenya we were booked into great lodges and tent camps throughout our stay. We were met from flights and we had our own safari vehicle and guide. Everything went very smoothly and my sister's needs were taken into account every step of the way. Everything in Kenya and Zanzibar was taken care of and Karen booked our flights from New Zealand to Kenya via Dubai as well.

Communication throughout the planning period was good and we had ample opportunity to review the tour and make any changes we wanted to. Eclipse supplied us with comprehensive notes to help us prepare for travel and also supplied full information about each of the lodges and tent camps we were to stay at.
