From our first telephone contact to when returned ....our trip couldn't have been better. All arrangements ...flights...hotels...tour guides were excellent. Shae in the lead up to our trip kept us up to date with our bookings and any changes that had occurred as well as ensured that we had a fabulous, hassle free holiday. Her knowledge of South America was extremely helpful when we were deciding our route and timeline. We had a wonderful time.

We have just returned from our 20 day Best of South America Tour with Eclipse Travel. Just want to let you know what a wonderful time we had. From the moment we arrived in Santiago until we were safely deposited by our final driver to Lima airport at the conclusion of the tour, our expectations were exceeded.

You have managed to partner with some excellent local tour companies. At each destination we were met by our friendly guides and drivers and transported safely to our hotels. Each hotel was well located and a great, restful haven. Thank you particularly for the upgrade in the Sacred Valley, Peru. The hotel, Tambo del Inka, was the most beautiful accommodation we have had the pleasure to enjoy. The Falls Resort at Iguazu was wonderful. This accommodation option will continue to be a good choice into the future.

Each of our destination guides were excellent. They were both caring and incredibly informative of local knowledge.

Thank you for surpassing our expectations. We look forward to planning future trips with Eclipse.

Generally a very good rip except in Cuba when at the last minute the hotel was changed to a much inferior hotel in Havana (2 nd instant) to what had been booked.
Also unnecessary flying back to Mexico City each time we had to fly to another city. Happy to provide feedback if required
Other than that arrangements were quite good.

Our recent holiday to South America was well organised by Eclipse Travel. We were met by English speaking guides for transfers as well as tours. We were a group of 4 and were transported to venues in a spacious van in good repair with seatbelts and experienced drivers.The guides had great passion and knowledge of history and their local areas. It was good to have breakfasts included daily as well as a few lunches and dinners so we could taste the local foods.The hotels were of good quality with very friendly staff. We enjoyed our holiday immensely. We would recommend Eclipse Travel to our friends.

Eclipse Travel are a treat to deal with. Arrangements all done through email and everything went like clockwork. Flights, hotels, and tours all organised by Eclipse. Hotels were perfect, tours were marvellous, round the world flights all great with good connections. Perfectly organised. The company they used in Mexico to take us on the tours, Mexcellence, was a fantastic company - very professional and helpful. Would definitely travel with Eclipse and Mexcellence again. Thank you all for making our trip smooth and memorable.

Helpful efficient, offered advise and suggestions,they taylor made the itinerary for me based on my thoughts. There was follow up on the trip. Because of the two week time fram I needed everything to run smooth and it did. The hotels recommended were great. Paper work and information received was valuable.

All contacts are via e-mail and phone, easy to work with.
We booked a 30 days tour over 5 countries in South America, all flights are in good times, almost every hotel is decent and in centre location.
All connections and transfers are smooth. The representatives in most places gave very helpful information and suggestions.
It would be perfect if they could pay attention to some details. Such as, some activities may request good physical condition, maybe should check with the client before booking; For Cuzco, the ticket covers about 10 places, we didn't know they would only take us to a few places, otherwise we could visit other places by ourselves using the ticket; that's just wasted; for Amazon, if we could select the activity we want to do before booking would be greater.
Price wise, it might be a little bit high(compare with just go to places and book the tours locally). But if you want a worry free trip I would recommend the service.
Overall, Eclipse has done a wonderful job, thanks to Richelle for her effort and professional work.

Eclipse created a fabulous holiday for us. This was 4 weeks of no drama, no worries, no hassle. We had 11flights and 10 hotels. Everything went like clockwork. Eclipse made our South America holiday the trip of a lifetime for us.
