"Antarctica, Napo and Galapagos"

My group of friends shared a wonderful trip to South America with excellent planning and suggestions of places to visit and stay. Our airport pick up and transfer was always on time and our accommodation was well located, clean and pleasant. Our guides were knowledgeable and good company. Antarctica was fantastic and we totally enjoyed the experience of the zodiacs and being able to go on land each day. Great weather capped off an amazing and well organized trip.

I am an American who went with Eclipse Travel because they were much cheaper regarding the trip I wanted to take to Antartica. In fact a friend of mine has used them a year prior and recommended them to me.

Shae was great, even with the time difference she was able to work with me throughout the many changes and tweaks I wanted to make to my trip. She had great recommendations and overall the accommodations they set me up with were great. The transfers were excellent. I never had to wait for my driver/guide; they were always waiting for me even with fight delays.

The Antartica voyage was excellent; about 30 passengers on the 60ish passenger boat were all Eclipse customers. I never had to contact them about any issue during the trip so I can not attest to them having to fix anything.

Eclipse put together a wonderful Patagonia trekking trip for us on a very short notice. Everything was perfect. Met all our requirements. Will definitely use them on all future trekking trips.

Matthew McMillan was also very helpful, attentive and easily contactable when our luggage went AWOL (due to a very delayed Qantas flight) which was out of Eclipse's control. In our experience (on this trip and on our previous trip to the northern part of S America) they have been faultless. We recommend them highly and without reservation .

Had the most amazing trip to Antarctica!! It was highly organised from start to finish with Eclipse Travel. Everything went according to plan. Highly recommend them. They're friendly, efficient, organised. Most important of all, they keep you in the loop if anything changes. I even got a little gift (travel wallet and travel tags) after I booked.

We had the pleasure of working with Shae. Shae was prompt, informative and answered every question with the details I was looking for. Nothing was a bother and our requests were respectfully attended to eg booking hotels with balcony views on a high floor.
The guides and drivers were wonderful and always aware of our comfort, safety and personal interests. They shared knowledge and ensured the tour organisation went smoothly. All arrangements went like clockwork, with the guides mostly ahead of the clock! We never had to wait anywhere.
We were very impressed with the service from Eclipse and the tour companies they used in South America. Thoroughly recommended.
