Called in Newcastle under lyme branch regarding my current account was looked after by Vanessa amazing person sorted me out in know time with my loging on also sorted the app on my phone for me she was very understanding regarding my problem thank you ken hopwood

"Friendly service but lots of room for improvement!!"

My local CO-OP has very nice friendly staff. It is very convenient for me especially when I need milk. Occasionally I buy quite a few more things and recently got a couple of ready meals. One of the meals was beef stew and dumplings with vegetables. I only saw one piece of Swede and the meat was very tough so I could only eat two pieces. The dumplings were fine but the overall taste needs improvement. Not a patch on the same thing in other supermarkets.

My logging on logging on token wasn’t working. Had to wait for a while for an operator, but once she was ready for me, she was most helpful, patient, kind and professional. Her name is Annila. So thankful

"customer service is a joke"

customer service is a joke. first attempt to contact about my missing order he put the phone down as soon as I got through. Second attempt he said he'd ring the store and give me a call back. One hour later still no order and no call back. Won't use online ordering again.

I visited your store in craigydon about 5pm today 21st January and asked the lad behind the counter (who was on his phone) if he knew how to put 3 weeks lottery on my lotto card. He put his phone down and said he would try but didn't know. I said can you get someone else as if you get it wrong and only one week comes up I will have to try elsewhere and pay for the first week again. Unfortunately he didn't take note of what I said and only one week come out. So I did my shopping went back to the counter to find the lad jack once again on his photo texting and carried on until he pressed send ? He scanned my goods and I paid then I gave him my winning lottery tickets from last week which was 3 winning lucky dips £2.60 & £5. Unfortunately he didn't give me the £5 winner and said he didn't have it ( as he was scrambling and checking tickets out of the bin ) I use co op every day and always happy polite and generous to the point of buying staff lucky dips when I getmy own. If you would like to check what kind of a person I am when using your store in craigydon adk Nicholas Rachel Roy and Andy who know me as tomo. We are away on a cruise for 3 weeks from tomorrow and today really upset me. This young man needs to concentrate on his job and leave his phone in the locker room. This complaint is not a reflection on this store as the staff here really are 5 star. I look forward to your view on my experience and thanks for reading this complaint. Regards tomo ( garry thomas)

"No more Totum student discount"

The co-op is a nicely laid out supermarket. I have shopped there for many years. I have given them a 3 because they have decided to stop doing The Totum student discount so I don't shop there now. We used to do a fortnightly shop. I think this is a bad mistake for them as they will lose lots of customers.

"Not responding to my query"

I have a £30+ credit that I can't use because my card/app is for some reason blocked. I complained two weeks ago, and they say it can take up to 14 days to resolve a complaint, but they haven't done anything about it.

Couriers cannot speak a word, and I mean a word, of English.
Cannot ask for your date of birth?
Drivers different gender to that which Co-op advise?
It is not their mobile number?
It is clearly illegal.
Deliveries always late.
Good courier advised immigration had raided and made over 60 arrests.
Always Out of Stock of 80% of limited online delivery stock.
Always missing items.
Always deliver part offers costing more than the whole offer.
Always short or no date. Best used by tomorrow is already out of date.
Refund requests. Ignored.
