"I recently contacted Co-op bank for support"

I recently contacted Co-op bank for support.
I recieved great support from Annila.
She was polite and calm, which is so helpful in these difficult digital times.
So great to talk to a real person, who listened and guided me through my challenge.
Thank you Annila

"I bought a frozen steak and ale pie…"

I bought a frozen steak and ale pie in Bungay coop ,,,,, there was not one single piece of meat in it ,,, a pack of two ,,, perhaps the meat is all in the other pie , somehow I doubt it ,,, Next day wanted a snack ,,,, lo and behold a couple of lumps of meat in the 2cd pie ,,, not much but a 200% improvement on the 1st pie ,,, Bungay coop has good staff and is more relaxed than most supermarkets ,,, with plenty of room ,, Not all bad news ,,, except while I,m on it ,, £1.89 for three peppers and one had a dead caterpilla in and was all black inside ,, I,d have been happier if the caterpilla had been alive ..

"Ormskirk Co-op very poor online service"

Ormskirk Co-op poor online service. I have made two orders via rubbish just Eat, first order was packed in one bag and bread, pizza etc was crushed. Tried again today and they did not send the full order, sent an out of date cake and food to be used by tomorrow and wrong mil. Ordered via Just Eat and have complained to them but they are hopeless and really the shop should be able to select order, review use by dates etc so I blame them although you pay rubbish Just Eat.

"scammers and scumbags"

Never order from this company. They are scammers scumbags basically who take ur your money. Send you promo codes for free deliveries while they get to steal your money, which they never fulfil, so you can order from somewhere else and they can get more of your money. This store is on my road, I’d rather shop Asda and Tesco or uber, who makes them do their work. Cheap as company who needs more money to survive.

"Hi I made a mistake in my review so…"

Hi I made a mistake in my review so want to rectify it.
I was mistaken by writing a review of another grocery store.
I can't find fault with my local store in Eye, Suffolk.
Selection of vegetables is great.
And.... I had an incident in your store, think it was the 3rd January. I haven't been well of late. Had awful cramp and bent over and knocked my head on the packing shelf and fainted. The staff were wonderful and made sure I got home ok. Felt a twit !!! When I returned to the store this week, staff asked how I was.
What a wonderful staff and they always are so polite and caring. Will obviously be shopping there again.

"Hello St**e or to whom this may…"

Hello St**e or to whom this may concern,

WELL KNOWN CASE IN 2023=BELOW

So, unfortunately, I am emailing as a complaint which needs attention & an understanding of the complete negligence&careless acts made by staff.. which could be deadly like in
Mrs Hazel Pearson's case where she (carelessly) got given Weetabix for breakfast and unfortunately later passed when she was 79.

POSSIBLE IMPLICATIONS&SYMPTOMS=BELOW

& can have profound implications& repercussions if mistakingly digested.
(LIKE IN THIS MATTER)

Symptoms can vary and become more common and less common on the person's intolerances, no one the same.
(LESS SEVERE to DEATH)

Hives or skin rash

Nausea, stomach cramps, indigestion, vomiting or diarrhoea

Stuffy or runny nose

Sneezing

Headaches

Asthma

Anaphylaxis (less common) is a potentially life-threatening reaction that can impair breathing and send the body into shock

NOW MOVING FORWARD.

WHAT COELIAC DISEASE IS BELOW

Well, Coeliac disease is a severe autoimmune condition for which the ONLY treatment is a medically prescribed (GLUTEN FREE DIET)
It is critical that an individual with coeliac disease can access the gluten-free food they need to be healthy. This is all the more critical when someone is unwell like in Mr Hodgkinson's case, he is suffering from a 'FLARE.'
Hence, the more expensive purchase of GLUTEN FREE cereal rather than the gluten honey nut cereal

I.E
##GO FREE GLUTEN FREE HONEY NUT CEREAL##

I'll add.

WHAT HAPPENED = BELOW

I his carer made his purchase online for Mr hodgkinson for an order to be delivered to his home address, as maintaining a certain amount of independence is essential to progress with his personal life skills.
Mr hodgkinson then, as PRACTICED reviewed the receipt to look for crosses X or lines. As an experience previously when I was at home with Mr Hodgkinson, we made an order via Co-op online. The gluten-free item was refunded before the delivery was on the way, but on the receipt, it was crossed out so Mr hodgkinson knew it wasn't received. So that being said, my point is that Mr hodgkinson assumed that everything was how it should be.

So fast forward to midnight on Friday 12th January when you arrived to start my nighttime shift. I was shocked to find Mr. Hodgkinson in such a different state from how he was earlier on the day. Where via ft, I took his requested two items, which were
Lactofree milk and, of course, said
Free crunchy nut.

Now, I have witnessed such a rapid deterioration with him doubled over with inscuititating stomach cramps, a sick bowl accompanying him, and actual tears falling from his eyes due to the severity of his pain.
I then began my investigation as to what would have caused him to be in this state. I even questioned him about alcohol (which is something he very, very rarely does), and he told Me
"Within the two hours of the shopping turning up, I only put the TV on and nabbed a bowl of cereal and had my crunchies."
Which then enlightened my knowledge of his autoimmune disease. So from there, I went straight to the cereal box and from a distance 'alarm bells' it was the wrong coloured box!
It was not gluten-free (gofree). I was astonished once I looked over the receipt. There was NO indication whatsoever of any replacement nor change to the order or crosses or even at the least a CLEAR SIGN OF IT BEING A NON-GLUTEN FREE CEREAL!
I AM SO DISGUSTED AND INFURIATED WITH SUCH A CARELESS, SELFISH, DANGEROUS ACT WHICH NEEDS RECTIFYING ASAP!

I FEEL A REFUND WOULD BE AN INSULT
I ALSO FEEL AN APOLOGY IS NOWHERE NEAR ENOUGH&
I AM CONTEMPLATING LEGAL ACTION
Unless you can offer a satisfactory alternative...!

As nowadays or maybe weeks, Mr hodgkinson could be bed bound, and with his flare already before the order, this will be detrimental to his health and mental health.

I will hear from you soon, I hope.

Yours sincerely

K senor

"My problem was sorted out straightaway…"

My problem was sorted out straightaway by Emmilia who I rang on Monday 8 December at 12pm. I had already spoken to another colleague a few days before for the same issue.
