They stay in touch with you through the entire process, and respond quickly to requests and questions. I’ve ordered two briefing sticks from AG, and they’re works of art. As an active CFI, these models are rugged enough to be used for briefing students, but so beautiful that I don’t want to take them off the shelf. The quality of their work, for the price, is unbeatable. Average turnaround time is 4 months, but it’s well worth the wait. Eloisa, the specialist who’s handled both my orders, was fantastic. I can’t speak highly enough about Aviator Gear.

I've been working with this company for almost a month on designing a custom patch. They don't seem to read their customer's emails on what they want. Also they are lazy when it comes to art design. It's like working with a bunch of toddlers having to explain yourself over and over. It's very sad that they charge a nonrefundable designer fee but can't follow simple directions like what color you want.
