Am intrat în posesia afumătoarei Drevos in primul rand vreau sa felicit producătorul ,este ceva de vis ,din toate punctele de vedere.Nota 10 pentru calitate nota 10 pentru livrare.Sincer este peste așteptările mele

"logistics nightmare"

Placed my order in April of 2024. Only just now has arrived in country, almost a year later. I had to email the company many times before even getting a response. I finally was able to arrange pickup. They sent me to the wrong address. Once I got the shipper on the phone I found out Drevos didn't give me the correct paperwork. Took an entire day off of work to deal with this, drove an hour and a half each way and came back empty-handed. Can't get anyone at Drevos on the phone. Stay away from these guys.

I have only rarely had the pleasure to do business with a company as responsive and helpful as Drevos. Every question was answered, every extra supplied and every wish was fulfilled in my rather custom smoker build. It's seen a lot of use since I got it and in fact it's going right now.

Here is my review for the drevos 30 smart control. According to customer service, the first device in Canada.
I can only say I am absolutely thrilled. device works excellently and does a great job. control works perfectly. The first load of pork loin is ready, extremely tender, juicy and delicious. The Canadian winter is no problem for the device either. Yes, it took from June to December until it got here, but in the end..... Every day is worth the wait. “My” customer service man Alex, absolutely great. We were constantly kept up to date on all steps, including photos. Every question was answered very promptly. The one small problem that existed was fixed after a message, spare part from Romania arrived in Canada within 5 days. again special thanks for that alex!!!!!

Ideea e minunată.
Faptul că poți să ți lași alimentele preferate să ia în timp aromă inegalabilă de fum fără să stai lângă afumatoare, e nemaipomenit.
Trebuie totuși să fie schimbate de 2 -3 ori în timpul procesului, alimentele între ele, de la un nivel la altul.
Aici ar mai trebui lucrat.
