"I was charged £200 for nothing"

I was charged £200, almost £ 20 for next day delivery. I received nothing and no communication. Just checked the UPS data and the package was found empty and damaged, the sender was informed on the 18th of this month (it is the 26th now). I received no information, no refund and no product.

Ordered 9 days ago, no delivery so far. Looks like it’s stuck with UPS and keeps failing delivery attempts. No one responds to emails. Will have to go through my bank to get a refund

Delivery is so ridiculously slow that we are still waiting for our order after nearly 2 weeks.
It gets worse, eventually the package is delivered, to a location 5 miles away so I can collect it!! In what world is that a delivery service?
Product is exactly as described and we are pleased with it, shocking (non) delivery service lets it down.
