No email confirmation after payment made, and after emailing my concerns with no response, actually thought I'd been scammed for £270. Posted my concerns on Trust pilot and, guess what? They responded. With an invoice. Zero comms about delivery.
Paid for express delivery - that's a proper scam and I will be asking for a refund.
Package arrived properly dented. But the problem was not with the battering the package took, but with the completely INADEQUATE PACKAGING. The rolls were just chucked an a box with minimal brown paper packaging, no expanded polystyrene "end protectors" for the rolls. Not surprisingly, the edges have been damaged as a result which means they cannot be used as the joins/seams between the drops will be visible.
Don't buy ANYTHING from these guys - stress not worth it. Plenty of other competitors who package wallpaper properly, send confirmation emails after payment, and advise you of tracking.

I ordered on 23/03 and paid extra for 2-3 day delivery. Parcel was due to arrive on 28/03 and I received notification that day to say it was delayed and now won’t arrive until 2/04. I have had to cancel my decorator. Very disappointed.
