It would be wise to wrap the wallpaper in plastic,as UPS driver dropped parcel off on ground at farm gate 200m from the house,nice soggy box and damp wallpaper.

I have not received my product. There is no tracking number to trace it and the phone number does not work. Besides all this I have been sent an email to rate and review them.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Website unclear. Be extra careful about your delivery options. Want to charge £20 to return two rolls of wallpaper. Would not buy from this company ever again. Completely unhelpful. Tried to ask for a solution to a delivery issue. Spent a fortune with them and then they were about as much use as a chocolate teapot. They have a UK website (.co.uk). However they are not a UK company. This is where I think the problems have arisen. I would rather spend a little more money and know what I’m getting. Silly me thought I could save a couple pounds. Now I’ve actually lost a whole lot more!!

I paid over £8 for a delivery within 3 days I put this order in 7 days ago ive not received by order yet

Although the paper is fabulous we were expecting it to arrive with 2 days. It didn’t and out decorator has moved into her next job. We now need to wait for her next opening.
