The wallpaper is beautiful. I paid extra for fast delivery and unfortunately it arrived a few days late, hence 3 stars. I did get a refund for the delivery so good customer service.

I ordered some wallpaper from another online company and they told me it would take 6 weeks for me to get it. So I cancelled that order and found it in stock at Wallpassion. I worried it might not arrive ok as never used the company before and the price was so good. I needn't have worried - it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The delivery was fully tracked too. Absolutely thrilled with the wallpaper and will use this company again. Definitely recommended!!

Paper arrived in a damaged box so 1 of the 4 rolls wasn’t able to be used. Contacted customer service for a replacement but not heard a reply yet.

Also, it arrived to a UPS collection site not my actual address which I expected. So I had to drive to collect it.

Having paid extra for delivery within 2-5 working days I was disappointed at hearing delivery time is now planned for next week, taking 7 working days, 10 days in total.
Still to review product itself.
