My experience with Gordons was pretty good. The only real issue I had was being kept up to date. In one case they were waiting for some info from me, but hadn't sent me a message to let me know they needed it. The best way to get around this is to make sure you check their portal every day, every section of it to make sure there is nothing needing your attention. This ended well for me, but if I hadn't messaged them a week before completion to check everything was going well, my mortgage completion might have been delayed
