The whole process from start to finish took 2 weeks which really impressed me, they use an online portal which keeps you up to date with what stage you are at. Lizette Okyere was handling my case and was very informative and quick to respond(within a couple of hours)to any and all of my queries. I was kept informed throughout if there were any issues which could then be actioned quickly. Communication is poor. Don't make promises to return a call, and then don't.
Simply passing on repeated requests for items from the buyers attorneys without investigating and clarifying what the issue is -This went on for weeks. Making your documents clear about where to sign, this shouldn't be difficult.
Improve your QA processes, taking 2 weeks to pick up that a document was not correctly signed is very poor.
