Very disappointed service as I was told the redemption figures request been sent to my existing lender and found out a week after no request received which was confirmed by my existing lender when I contacted . I had to pay my interest due to delay of this as I was on standard interest rate . I simply wasted money paying as interest due to this delay . Pay fees for nothing like service they offer . I would not recommend to anyone .
