"I wouldn't use this firm again"

I wouldn't use this firm again. I found the communication extremely poor, having to chase on several occasions. Was promised calls back and never got them. I was asked to do the same task over again and then not told when it had been accepted.
And as for the case file that they give you access to for you to be able to review the progress, its pointless looking at it as its not kept up to date and they are very slow to do anything with it. Stating things were still outstanding when they had already been sent in. It just felt like a constant battle when at a time when you are dealing with large amounts of money, the company should be doing everything they can to reassure you that all is ok.
I will not use this company again. Deserve a zero star rating
