GPL have a well run IT system that you are provided login info to which then houses all information related to your case and has a great chat function, with the team very responsive, to handle any questions/comments. My case handler was Pamela who was absolutely fantastic, Pamela kept me up to date throughout the process, supported me with all my questions and helped ensure everything happened on time. I would highly recommend GPL.

"It all went right until a change in case worker."

What went right? All fine until a change of case worker. A simple remortgage which should have completed on 13th ended up 10 days late as my case worker Jessica Johnson didn't have a clue what she was doing. I Intend on following up now this painful experience is over.
