I thought the remorgage process would be a lengthy and complicated process with little communication. The GPL portal lets you know exactly what stage you are at and they answered any queries very efficiently. They made the whole process effortless.

Honestly, if you have another choice go for another solicitors firm. Yes they got the job done, and we completed on the right day, but they are furiously frustrating to work with, asking the same questions over and over again, even my mortgage advisor said they werent very helpful ! I only used them as they were free with my remortgage, otherwise I wouldnt bother
