They were awful, took ages, dragged their feet, I had to get documents certified multiple times, called me up to say I needed to make the payment immediately even though it was the first I'd heard of it - at that point their system would even allow me to pay. Terrible experience. Even the link to leave a review didn't work.

Overall Good service, communication is mainly internet based messaging system, you have to upload ever documents on their servers, so for those who are not good with such things may struggle to communicate.
