Poor communication. Payment was also made to the wrong account despite me explicitly stating that their system did not allow me to change the payment details...and despite multiple messages and emails with documents requesting the change. Tried several times to contact Sophie with no response. No telephone contact available and she never called me directly despite my request for her to do so to resolve a number of issues. Also would not accept land registry documentation which meant that I incurred an additional £500 fee. Given that the BACS transfer was sent to the wrong account I have now incurred additional costs and they are yet to reimburse their costs despite the transfer being made to the wrong account. Process has been dragging on for weeks and their system sends multiple text messages which are irrelevant. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

I have worked with more professional companies than this. My direct contact, Corey, was slow to respond to messages, some messages were poorly delivered and there was always an attitude if not being bothered about the work or the customer. I don’t think I would recommend in the future.
