Terrible lack of communication do not answer the portal questions. Will be making a complaint to national Westminster. So rude on the phone you would think it was their money not yours.

So firstly happy to get remortgage through on time.
Communication lines were not great using the portal as it took days to get a reply at times and other times we’d receive incorrect requests.
They also lost one of our documents we sent recorded delivery so we had to send it again.
Phone lines you could be waiting hours to get hold of someone.
Didn’t use them by choice as they came with the mortgage provider.
