"Smooth and Straightforward"

Everything was very smooth and easy to understand and the portal was easy to use. The only annoyance was that whilst filling in the questionnaire when some items were left awaiting the "system" automatically sends reminder messages when you know there are items outstanding.

"Not a good expereince"

Their It system seems to be very effective, but overall the service quality is very poor, it took ages to complete, They lost the documents I sent to them and claimed I didn't include the documents in the envelop. What they did was just pull one document and bin the rest of the documents in the envelop. I would recommend NatWest to find a new firm.
