From the day one, the portal was working really well and process was nicely simplified and easy to follow.
I kept receiving automated Messages although I replied saying there was a delay my end...this was slightly annoying, Pamela was very good and in the end gave me her email address....these days everything is so robotic and you do lose the personnel touch. I 'am pretty happy with the service from GPL.

First off we weren’t offered access to a portal.
It’s infuriating that no one bothered to check our file until the day of completion. We where left scrambling to provide paperwork in order to complete with only a couple of hours notice.

Great experience with GPL and Jessica Johnson who handled our remortgage for us. Answered questions quickly, offered helpful advice when asked and we had a great system that allowed us to communicate via online web portal which is AMAZING as it stops the multiple calls and you get to see exactly what's going on with your case file.
No hesitation in recommending, more solicitors should have the setup GPL use, it makes things breathtaking easy.
