It is a fraud. They are gathering people personal info by attracting them to show a cheaper fair. As soon as you complete your details, the flight becomes unavailable because it has been sold out. Need to know where this company is located and sue their ass for data protection violations.

After one month and a lot of emails,calls Rehlat is not refunding my money, and the customer service is very rude and no one helps.
This company scam me,I booked a flight from Rehlat, the payment was successful, and the deducted the amount they mentioned in the email that the ticket will be sent in 10 minutes after 30 minutes I didn't receive anything, I call them and they say we will send you the ticket within a minutes I wait 2 hours and the didn't send the ticket, I called again and the give me same lies. After 6 times, I called them, and they said they will send tickets early morning, they called me at 5 AM, and they said the flight all booked and there are no seats available,they give me option to book with another airline but I should pay more I Sed I will not pay mor because it is not my mistake you should booked for me before the flight complete, the employee Bassem Saeed who called me after I no agree with his opinion he closed the phone in my face, I called again the customer service start to shut at me and threatened me, I called again and again the closed the phone in my face, I went to their office in Dubai to get help and sort out my problem, the security of the building said they only rent the space and no one works he the never come here it closed all the time, and many people coming daily with same problem that the get scammed. And now I want to refund my money but no one from Rehlat helped me. Don't book from Rehlat because they just take money. Please be careful. I don't want anyone to experience the same what I had.

To all customers - please be careful with this company. They cancelled my booking and kept the money paid by my visa card (longer than the 120 days to make complaints via VISA). Until now no refund or reply about the case from Rehlat. Only since 31.03.2024 (Rehlat - RGL2083924) emails that they would take care of it within the next 48 hours. Nothing happened since then. Also the customer service was not available.

Also we didnt get any refund for a cancellation?!
The hotel is saying they will not check us in even we have a voucher from you.

"Attention! A fuire - Arnaque!"
Nous donnons rarement des avis négatifs, mais là il faut avertir pour éviter que d'autres ne se fasse avoir comme nous. Voilà plus de un an que nous attendons un remboursement qui n'a jamais été fait malgré leurs promesses. Mails sur mails, et vous promets de faire le nécessaire, demande même le IBAN à maintes reprise mais rien! Juste pour vous endormir encore et encore. Par contre ils ont su débiter sans souci. Donc attention à leur proposition "réserver votre hôtel et annulation gratuite" ou "réserver votre hôtel et annulation moyennant un %" parce que en fait ils encaissent la totalité et ne vous la rende jamais! Les appels dans leur services à l'étranger m'ont été très coûteux (plus de 100eur de hors forfait) et les conseillers se confondent en excuses et promettent de faire le nécessaire avec le service comptabilité, le même discours à chaque fois depuis de longs mois, surement ils espèrent que nous allons abandonner à la longue.
Aujourd'hui, 22/04/2024, on m'envoie une réponse standard, remplir un formulaire, je n'ai rien reçu. Ils ont déjà tout, réponses standard. Là c'est juste du blabla sur le site. Anjun ou Anji les deux interlocuteurs qui ne font que des réponses dans le vent. Ne faites surtout pas confiance à cette société. Passez votre chemin.

Did you pay them? If you did, say goodbye to your money and redo your booning through a trusted company.
These criminals will make a booking for you and send you confirmation only to cancel it and keep all the money.
Edit: Rehlat, you've already been in contact with me long ago so don't pretend I haven't already emailed you.
Warning! They will reach out to you pretending they are willing to help you. When you demand a refund they'll send you to a refund formular where they demand more information than necessary, likely because they wanna scam you again. Did it three months ago and still did not get my money back. Wasting time and money at the same time. They are scum of the scum. No money in the world could make me say anything good about them after all this and after everyone they have scammed.

"A really frustrating experience"
I recently encountered a highly disappointing experience with Rehlat when attempting to finalize my accommodation plans for March of this year. Despite making a reservation well in advance, I was shocked to discover in November of last year that my booking had been canceled without any prior notification.
While I understand that cancellations can occur, the lack of communication from Rehlat regarding this significant change was unacceptable.
This complete disregard for customer inquiries and lack of accountability on the part of Rehlat was deeply frustrating and left me feeling abandoned as a customer. As a result of this experience, I have lost trust in the reliability and professionalism of Rehlat, and I will be hesitant to use their services in the future. I urge others to exercise caution when relying on this agency for their accommodation needs, as their customer support and responsiveness leave much to be desired.

"Niet doen, trap er niet in!!"
Niet doen! Als ik 0 sterren zou kunnen geven zou ik dat doen!!!
Hotel in Canada geboekt bij ze, via creditcard gelukkig, bij aankomst was alles goed, hotel zei, geld staat in reservering. De 2de dag konden we onze hotelkamer niet in. Naar receptie toe, zij zeiden, de boeking is gecanceld door rehlat en t geld is weg. Contact opgenomen met Rehlat, foutje in computersysteem zeiden ze, binnen 10 tot 15 werkdagen heeft u uw geld terug. Dat betekende dus dat ik het hotel ter plekke moest betalen, anders konden we niet bij onze spullen.
Het terugbetalen van Rehlat gebeurde niet. Niet na 2 weken, niet na 2 maanden. Gelukkig had ik via creditcard betaald, de juridische afdeling van de creditcard is er achteraan gegaan om t geld terug te vorderen. En nog eens 2 maanden later is dat gelukkig eindelijk gelukt.
Dus geloof de slechte reviews en trap er niet in!

Mancanza di professionalità (potenziale truffa).
Ho effettuato una prenotazione con pagamento anticipato (Rehlat Reference Number RCO2661628) che nonostante solleciti non è mai stata confermata né dall’assistenza Rehlat né dall’Hotel coinvolto.
Ho provveduto alla cancellazione che è stata confermata comunicandomi un importo non rimborsabile di Euro 21,43 (rispetto ad Euro 4,34 indicati nella prenotazione).
Il rimborso non è mai arrivato.
Solo con contenzione MasterCard sono riuscito a recuperare l’intera somma.

"Stay away from them, they're no good"
They cancelled my flight in September 2023 and till now they only give me automated replies and "please wait"s and it's almost 6 months now and I never got my money back.
I'd advise anyone to not deal with them.
Edit: it's been a year now trying to take back what they owe me and got nothing but "it'll be processed soon" and that soon been taking a year basically.
And this automated reply is annoying as well... cuz this whole terrible experience is through that email they put down xD.
Honestly just stay away from them.
Edit: Dec 2024 ... still haven't gotten my money and they stopped responding and totally ghosted me.
Edit: no I don't wanna use your platform again so I just want my money back which apparently you've ghosted me when I said I don't want credits on your platform 4 months ago ....
Edit: lol they now sent me a random google form requesting my bank details... remember that they already said they refunded the money to the original payment method before... how dodgyer can they get and how many more years would it take them to ever give back the money they owe? ... let's see
Edit: Late dec ... I've finally received a portion of my money in refund.
