Booked a hotel for two nights in NZ, ROTORUA. Originally, it was all fine and good until THE DAY BEFORE! They cancelled my reservation without my authorisation. When I rang them MULTIPLE TIMES, they would say it’s going through the team and they’ll get back to me. NEVER DID!! Scammmmmmers! Do not trust!!!

Scam and not trustworthy, more than two months with many call to customer service and till now didn't refund the ticket however the flight company refund the total amount to them since two months

Rehlat cancelled out booking for Oct 2023 and still has not refunded the money, 4 months later. We've contacted several representatives and still have not received our money. Will not ever book with them again.

Wir warten immernoch auf unsere Rückerstattung. Haben nun eine Email bekommen, dass wir unsere Kontodaten mitteilen sollen, leider ist dennoch keine Rückerstattung eingegangen. Wenn es in den nächsten Tagen nicht ankommt, wenden wir uns an den DCGA Kuweit und den DCGA India.

If you are planning to waste money, then Rehlat is the best choice!
I bought tickets through their service; in Google search they were the cheapest. But how wrong I was! Firstly, the amount displayed as “TOTAL” in fact is not such. After you pay the entire cost, a representative of the company will call you and ask you to add 10-20% of the ticket cost additionally, otherwise they will not be able to confirm the ticket with the airline. This is pure extortion! But that's not all! Considering the above, I decided to call the airline directly and inquire about the details of my ticket, and it turned out that my baggage option had disappeared. Now I will have to pay extra for luggage again. As a result, I spent a lot of money; it would have been better if I had not contacted them at all.

"Do not use under any circumstances"

Tried booking a hotel and it said 'Booking Failed'. Didnt get any response then about 15 minutes later an email came through that said booking failed but would retry, in the meantime I had booked somewhere else and couldn't cancel.

Also dont believe the prices. It will be in USD so you'll get caught on the exchange rate, then they add pricedropsavings add-on whatever that is? And a whatsapp add-on even though everything is via email??

They dont even have a UK office so just dont use them!
