"1 Jahr mit Himiway verschwendet!"

Ich habe am 13.03.2024 das Cobra Forest bestellt. Der Versand war wirklich recht schnell, leider war das Fahrrad übersäät mit Defekten. Lackabplatzer, Kratzer auf dem Display und das Baujahr des Fahrrades war 2021. Support hat das ganze recht schnell erledigt. Das Fahrrad wurde auch wieder recht schnell abgeholt.Leider gab es über einen Monat keinen Ersatz, daraufhin habe ich den Kauf storniert.
Am 10.07.2024 dachte ich mir, gebe ich der Firma nochmals eine Chance. Ich bestellte mir das Himiway Cruiser. Das Fahrrad kam wieder sehr schnell bei mir an. Leider wies das Fahrrad abermals erheblicheh Mängel auf. Klingel funktionierte nicht, einige Teile verbogen, einige Bauteile waren nicht Baugleich mit der Abbildung auf der Homepage und warum das Fahrrad dann wieder als defekt zurück ging. Im 3-4 Gang krachte das Fahrrad unheimlich. Als wäre etwas massiv defekt.
Fazit - Ich hätte direkt bei einer anderen Firma bestellen sollen. Ich habe mit Himiwaybike 1 Jahr an Zeit verschwendet.
Erster Kauf mit Paypal, zweiter mit Klarna.

"Avoid Company"

Do not buy from this company! The aftercare is horrendous. There is no customer service in the slightest. I've been having issues with my bike for about 3 weeks. I've explained to them about there being an issue with my motor and my battery and the response I got from someone called Fiona from customer service was that it was my break disc that was the issue. If I wasn't so angry and dumbfounded the stupidity would actually be laughable. Today I received a phone call from a random number then a text msg on WhatsApp asking about what time to pick my bike up. I call them back asking what's this about and apparently himiway has contacted a 3rd party company to pick my bike up without even discussing that with me via email. They haven't even replied to my last email. It all seems very dogey. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Love my Himiway Zebra D5! It's my second Himiway after logging almost 3000 miles on a Himiway Cruiser. After 2 years and over 3000 miles my Zebra rides and looks like the day I bought it. Both my brothers have Himiway's too. One has a Big Dog and the other an original Cruiser. We just keep on charging and riding!

Auch das bestellte E bike hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt.

"Himiway C5 review"

Purchased the himiway C5. On the website it states it goes upto 20mph without pedal assistance and only using the throttle. The throttle doesn't actually go above 4 mph so it is practically useless. Website is very misleading and customer service is atrocious. Would avoid at all costs.
