Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung alles super, ebenfalls der Support hat schnell auf meine Mails reagiert. Wie die Qualität des Fahrrades ist, kann ich in Anbetracht des Wetters noch nicht beurteilen, jedenfalls der Zusammenbau und die augenscheinliche Fertigung des Rades waren ohne Mängel.

Anfang November ein Bike bestellt, nach ein paar Tagen war es nicht lieferbar, obwohl immer noch angeboten auf der Website.Ich bekam das Angebot 2 Monate zu warten mit einer Aussicht auf einen Rabatt.Was folgte waren nur Vertröstungen und Hinhalten.Es werde ganz sicher kommen, schrieb man mir mehrfach.....Nun nach 3 Monaten, nichts....auf Mails keine Antwort mehr! Wenn Ihr euch ein Bike kaufen wollt, macht einen Bogen um Himiway. Himiway....Ihr müsst noch viel lernen!!!

I have purchased several Himiway components, thru Amazon, for my bicycle fleet. A couple years back I needed a wider handle bar for my MTB, I mounted it on my bike and it is very well -made, high quality at a very competitive price. I also bought a pair of grips at the same time and they are of excellent quality. Most recently, I purchased, thru Amazon again, a 780mm handle bar, a heavy duty lock and a pair of inner tubes for my 27.5 MTB. everything was good until I looked at the tube and it was only one inside the box, the label on the box says 1 pair. I promptly contacted Himiway and to my pleasant surprise, their customer service responded in less than 24hrs. Mike sent me another tube because the description was wrong. I never got that tube because USPS was never delived even though they said it was. Customer service checked to see if I got the tube, I did not; and they again sent me another one. I got that tube few days later, all is good. The moral of the story is Himiway makes excellent products and set a very competitive prices on those. In case they make a mistake, and who doesn't, their customer service will promptly correct the problem and make sure the customer is happy. I will continue to buy Himiway products as need arise.
