So far my experience with Himiway has been great. Leo reached right out to me after reading my concerns. I was able to get all the information to him with ease. Thanks Leo for being so helpful. Just waiting on my new battery key.

Alles ist großartig, ich habe einen Crusier, sowohl das Support-Team als auch die Produktqualität sind großartig, vor allem das Support-Team ist sehr schnell und lösungsorientiert, was die Kommunikation angeht.Eine Marke, die großartige Fahrräder für komfortables Reisen anbietet. In diesem Sinne verfügt sie über viel fortschrittlichere Technologie und Komfort als andere Elektrofahrräder.Nach dem, was ich um mich herum sehe, sind die Besitzer von Himiway sehr zufrieden und haben ein langes Fahrradleben.

"Himiway-Qualität und Support"

Ich besitze seit März 2024 ein Himiway Cobra und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem E-Bike. Ausschlaggebend für den Kauf war die Stabilität und Belastbarkeit. Andere Hersteller bieten ein maximales Systemgewicht von 150 kg, nicht genug für mich und mein Gepäck. Das maximale Systemgewicht der Cobra (220 kg) paßt am Besten zu meinen Anforderungen. Die Reichweite beträgt je nach Streckenprofil und gefahrener Geschwindigkeit 80 bis 110 km. Bis heute habe ich eine Gesamtstrecke von über 2000 km zurückgelegt. Wenn es ein Problem gab, war der Support (Evans und Leo) immer schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit und sorgte dafür, dass das Problem zeitnah gelöst wurde. Benötigte Ersatzteile wurden schnell verschickt und meine Cobra war innerhalb von 2 Wochen wieder einsatzbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein E-Bike von Himiway kaufen.

Aaron and Leo were very helpful. I’ve never had better support from Hemiway! They answered all of my questions and helped me order a second bike and replacement parts for my 1st bike. Their prompt responses & assistance every time were so appreciative.

Accidentally purchased multiple stems (4) when ordering. Freya in Customer service contacted me after my order and corrected it to (1) and put in for a refund for the 3 stems not needed. So far, very satisfied with their follow up. Looking forward to getting my bike.

"I have an Escape Pro and have had to…"

I have an Escape Pro and have had to arrange replacement for the controller and the engine. Add to this, that original controller ended up being the Euro model (not US) and I had to replace the replacement, and then when that didn't work, the motor. That all said, Leo, the customer service representative was OUTSTANDING with responsiveness, courteousness and his ability to arrange for the replacement parts to be provided, including event though the time it took to get matters resolved went beyond the warranty period. I would have given a 5-rating if the technicians recognized upfront what we suspected and advised representative upfront that the problem was the motor, not the controller. In the end, their incremental parts and repair process cost the company and me more money and time than necessary.
