Wir hatten kürzlich ein Himiway Cobra für unseren Sohn gekauft. Dieses E-Bike passten wir in den letzten 2 Wochen noch, durch den Kauf diverser Zubehörteile, direkt an seine Bedürfnisse an. Nun freuten wir uns über das Ergebnis unserer Mühen. Doch, oh Schreck, wir endeckten plötzlich unterschiedliche Angaben zum zulässigen Gesamtgewicht für dieses Modell im Internet. Da unser Sohn von kräftiger Statur ist, war es entscheidend, ob 180 kg oder 220 kg der richtige Wert ist. Besagte 220 kg Gesamtgewicht war seinerzeit einer der Hauptkaufgründe für das Cobra. Natürlich konnten uns auch Preis und Technik von Himiway vollkommen überzeugen. Der nette Service-Mitarbeiter von Himiway antwortete uns innerhalb weniger Stunden auf unsere Anfrage. Wir waren beruhigt. Es wurden uns die konkurrenzlosen 220 kg Gesamtgewicht bestätigt.

Nach 4600km zum 2. Mal den Service für das Escape Pro gebraucht. Beide Male hat alles gut geklappt. Die (einfachen) Reparaturen musste ich zwar selbst machen, aber dafür hatte ich keine Wartezeit und keinen Nerv beim Händler.

Tim at City of Industry Himiway is awesome. Took my bike there and the hooked me up with a free tune up diagnosed my problem and replaced my pedal assist sensor, put a new chain on, gave me new crankshaft, new crank arms, new brake line, a rechargeable bike light, and exchanged my battery with a refurbished one since it was tampered with all for $150. Best customer service!!! Best bike shop experience ever!! If you live near LA i would highly recommend you take your bike to these guys!!

"Great Bikes for All Ages and Riding Styles"

I live in Helena Montana and bought two Himiway Cruisers last February. One was for me and one for my 14 year old son. I used mine as a pedal assist commuter in all kinds of weather and have had no problems after 700 miles. My son is pretty much throttle only and rides to friends houses, sports practices, and anywhere around town and home. No battery or bike issues and gives him freedom to go anywhere and limits my need to shuttle him. Himiways have proven to be great bikes and great investments.

The Himiway support is excellent now! I have bought a Cruiser two years ago, and I waited for it three months. Now I have bought a Zebra ST and waited only three days! - All emails with questions were answered promptly in my own language (German) and with much competence! For a missing feature, I also have got a coupon as compensation. - The reason why I give it only a 4 star rating is, that I also ordered some accessories for the bike in the same order, but still need to wait for the arrival for 2-3 weeks!
