Terrible warranty support, waited 3 months to get a brand new never used bike operational. Multiple promises made and never followed up on. I would suggest buying from a more reputable company.
Be careful as they are buying 5 star reviews now.

"Honest review"
First off, we have two Cruisers (D3) and love them. Mine (high step) stopped working and left me bummed out! I followed the steps in videos provided on the website and narrowed it down to the display, so I ordered a new one, which came quickly. Installed the display and found out the controller was bad, so I ordered a new controller, which also came quickly. I still had problems and narrowed it down to the battery (I took the one off of my wife's bike to determine this) so I ordered a new battery which also came quickly. Installed the battery and had the 25 code; fixed that using the site and videos. (Side note: I took the old battery apart and found a dead ground path on the BMS. A new BMS, if I could find one, is $20 and I found that the reason for all of this was that the cage that the battery slips into only had one screw and nut holding so it moved and shorted everything out through the battery). Long story short is that after spending +/- $700 I am finally back enjoying my bike. I give the 5 star review for the fun I have on the bike and for how quickly items shipped, but I will admit that if the battery cage had been properly installed at the factory I most likely would not have had the problem or need to spend $700 :(

I have a Himiway bike that is several years old. I had to replace the motor. Customer service was very helpful and made sure I ordered the correct parts and got the bike going again.

"Customer service turned a bad…"
Customer service turned a bad experience in a good experience. I ordered new keys for my battery lock and received 2 sets of keys that did not work. After waiting 2 months for keys that worked Himiway ended up sending me a new lock with new keys. Customer service was very helpful thru the whole process and they compensated me for their mistake.
