Great bikes and great service.
We bought two bikes straight from their website.
One of the front suspensions was making a "clunking" noise.
I didn't wait and sent them an email,
The next day, I got a reply asking me to provide a video (I should've thought if that).
Unfortunately (for my ego) but fortunately, the noise was gone!
I swiftly replied apologizing for wasting their time.
Same person replied back telling it could be normal that the bikes may need a small break-in period and that I could see some oil/dirt on the fork since the excess might come out.
Now THAT is customer service. Above and beyond.

I am very impressed with Himiway customer service they have been great working with me to resolve a battery issue Leo and customer service followed through . I have a cobra model ride mostly trails and have been very satisfied with its handling ability , I did replace the rear sprocket to get more hill climbing and top end ability its a great trio bike

Hallo auch, also ich hatte in meinem kurzem LEBEN schon einige Dinge die Spaß machten. Nun fahre ich seit Mitte 2022 einen Himiway Cruiser. Leute, ganz ehrlich, ich würde mir nie wieder ein anderes Rad kaufen. Der Cruiser ist das was man will. Man will ja nicht nur auf Straßen fahren, nein auch im Gelände, egal ob nun leichtes oder anspruchsvolles. Der Cruiser von Himiway macht alles mit.
Kurze Zeit hatte ich auch ein Himiway Escape, das war auch super, dennoch hat in meinem Falle der Cruiser gewonnen. Ich dachte erst zum Escape das ich damit gut in der Stadt unterwegs bin, war ich auch, habe dann aber mitbekommen das es mich immer wieder zum Cruiser hinzieht und verkaufte das Escape welches nun auch wirklich richtig genutzt wird. Wir beide zusammen haben bereits ein paar schöne Touren hinter uns gebracht.

Bike was delivered with 2 small chips in the paint. The paint is a emerald green metal flake akin to what you would see on automobiles. It is a beautiful color that gets a lot of attention which is the reason I chose it. I contacted Himiway about getting some touchup paint which they do not stock. They suggested I go buy a touchup paint pen which are not available for this paint. They would give me a $50 coupon as compensation. I have to go to an automotive painter to try to have them match the paint which will cost much more than $50, so I requested a $50 credit back to my credit card used to purchase the bike. They have agreed and I should receive the refund within 7 days.

Wir haben 4 E-Bikes von Himiway und sind seit den ersten Ausfahrten mehr als begeistert !!
Des Weiteren haben wir zusätzlich 4 neue Sättel dazu
gekauft. Leider waren 2 Sättel für uns Damen nicht so geeignet. Die Rücknahme der 2 Sättel von Himiway sowie die Erstattung ging äußerst schnell und unkompliziert vonstatten. Der Service ist hervorragend und wir können uns nur für denselben bedanken.

Please dont buy from Himiway as I dont want you to have the same experience as I have.
After looking at other eBikes I decided I would cancel my order for my Himiway Long Range.
I thought this would be a simple process as it was well within the cancellation period.
Nearly 20 weeks I have been chasing my refund which is over £1300, still they have paid me nothing . I am now taking legal action!
