Ich habe ein Himiway Zebra gekauft für meine Frau und ich fahre ein Himiway Cobra. Wir hatten einpaar Start Probleme mit dem Akku von dem Zebra aber der Service hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Jetzt sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Ordered a Himiway Zebra for my wife. Turned out if was to tall for here & she didn't feel safe riding it. I contacted customer service & they promptly responded & suggested another style of bike & they would exchange it. We reviewed the bike which neither her nor I cared for. She ended up finding another that fit her but it was not a Himiway brand. Himiway was willing to take the bike back according to there return policy. I ask if they would exchange it for a bike I would like instead. They agreed & I returned the Zebra in exchange for a Cobra Pro. Hassle free exchange. no shipping cost on my part. coustomes service was easy to deal with & promptly replyed.

i ordered brake pads. didnt recieve them .after 2 weeks i contcted himiway and was told they were backordered. they could of told me before 2 weeks went buy.took 5 weeks to get my order.

HIMIWAY has been a great electric bike. We have 2 Cruisers. We fulltime RV so they come in pretty handy. Customer service has always been responsive if I have a question.

The front and rear shocks make that happen and the hydraulic brakes offer great stopping power.

Himiway bikes have plenty of range and can go on most terrain easily. For the price point I would highly them to any rider. Shipping was fast and came undamaged

I had some difficulty getting brake pads for my Himiway ebike but they helped me resolve this issue with good communication skills
