I purchased a himaway bike bassed on a reddit post where someone said they were happy with the bike as a long torso person. What i didn't know is how they would end up being one of my favorite companies to work with. I have had a few small issues that they have promptly and professionally addressed. As of right now I plan on using the brand exclusively.

"Zebra D5 Pro mid drive torque sensing"

I bought my D5 Pro Mid Drive in the spring. I put over 500km on it on city and lake trails. I am sad that I had to hang it up for the winter. It worked great and is a blast to ride. Battery life is awesome, I run it in the lowest assist setting but it is not hard to pedal at all. It is a beast weighing about 80 lbs. But that heavy construction pays off if you find yourself pushing the top end or a rougher terrain. I really am looking forward to my next ride in the spring!

I’ve had the escape bike for going on 5 years now. It’s the best bike I’ve ever owned. You can use pedal assist and go for extra long bike rides and see scenic views without being overly exhausted. On nice days I use this to take small trips to the store and use the throttle and use it as a moped. The battery last a fair amount. Charges fast. And goes pretty fast! This bikes is awesome!

"Himiway Cruiser Planetengetriebe defekt"

Hi, hatte Probleme mit meinem Cruiser. Anhand eines kleinen Videos hat der Support erkannt was der Fehler ist (defekte Zahnräder im Motor. Dieser war in montiertem Zustand). Auf Nachfrage bekam ich die Adresse einer Werkstatt die mir das tauschen würde, aber auch ein Video mit dem ich es selbst tauschen kann.

Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Support. Es gab keine punkte die ich bemängeln kann.
