I can say I am really enjoying the bike. It's all I hoped for and more. I have taken it around the UK and I used it regularly. It's a really good work horse and is happy off and on road. I have taken it over the moors and it performed much better than my previous bikes. Everywhere I go people ask about it and I point out the merits to having a stable sturdy bike. I am certainly not planning to change it any time soon.

"Himiway A7 Pro"
I live in Germany and unfortunately there is no Himiway service workshop in my area.
My new A7 Pro had an engine problem and since a repair on site was not possible, I had to send the bike back.
Leo supported me very well in the whole process and helped me a lot.
I was even offered a full refund of the full purchase price, which I also accepted.
This is very generous from Himiway, because I had used the bike for 4 months and had a lot of fun with it.
I only had to bear the shipping costs, which I was very happy to do.
I was very satisfied with the A7 Pro and would buy an eBike from Himiway again as soon as there was a Himiway service workshop in my area.
So thanks again to Leo for the excellent service

I had broke a piece for my son’s bike while assembling it, totally my fault! Freya was able to promptly set me up with a replacement and saved Christmas. Great job Freya and Himiway. Great service!!!

Customer service, customer service, customer service!!! Yes, I own a Himiway bike. The bike is 100% what they say it is, even after 1 year of grinding out the miles. I'm just really impressed with the online contact. Always there, always respond and truly try and help. That's what makes a business successful. Product, yes, very important but repeat clients are the best endorsement of a great company.

"I have a Himiway Cruiser"
I have a Himiway Cruiser, that I bought in 2022. I really enjoy riding it as much as possible. I do get to ride almost every day, being I am retired. I just really like the way it handles, I've been riding bikes for many years and my Cruiser is the best handling bike ever. With positive control I can ride with confidence and put in many miles a day. I usually do about 20+ miles a each time I ride, but occasionally I ride over 40 miles on it. I currently have over 6000 miles on my ebike and only had one issue. My Cruiser experienced a stripped rear axle, from removing the rear wheel a few times. That was due to getting flat tires. Himiway did replace the entire motor assembly, under warranty. After replacing the motor I did get tire linners to prevent flats. After that I no longer have any issues with my Cruiser and enjoy riding it as much as I want. Himiway is a great product with a great warranty that helps with any issues that arise, even after the warranty period is up, they will answer any questions about their ebikes. I'm fortunate to have a service center near me that will also help with any issues that arise. Enjoy Himiway as I am.
