"Himiway Zebra – Absolut begeistert!"
Ich habe mir das Himiway Zebra gekauft und bin rundum zufrieden – sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit dem Support!
Bei einer kleinen Angelegenheit, die ich hatte, hat der Kundenservice blitzschnell und souverän reagiert. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde mir geholfen – so etwas wünscht man sich von jedem Hersteller!
Zum Fahrrad selbst: Es ist einfach großartig! Der Akku ist unglaublich leistungsstark und hält bei meiner Körpergröße von 1,87 m und einem Gewicht von 140 kg problemlos stand. Auch schwieriges Gelände bewältigt das Zebra ohne Mühe. Die Reichweite von durchschnittlich 90 km ist absolut realistisch.
Das Fahrrad wirkt extrem robust und hochwertig verarbeitet. Für mich steht fest: Ich würde mir nie wieder ein anderes Fahrzeug zulegen als das Himiway Zebra!

The rapid response from Himiway has been greatly appreciated. The step thru cruiser has arrived as promised and we are looking forward to some great riding ahead. This is our second Himiway bike. We are thoroughly enjoying the first Himiway bike, a step over cruiser. Excellent power on the hills and great battery life. Very comfortable and stable.

I sent an email about an issue. I immediately received a response and resolution to my problem. Although the part took a bit to be delivered, I was warned (in advance) there was going to be a delay due to a stock issue.
Support was Refreshingly easy and knowledgeable and best of all, found and resolved my issue immediately!

"Test of customer support with this…"
Test of customer support with this order. I ordered a Himiway Cruiser and received a KBO Tornado. Himiway Support was very surprised at that delivery mix-up and were ready to schedule a courier to pick up the KBO bike and ship it back for an exchange. However, I decided to keep the bike and after unpacking it discovered a broken battery lock. Support was able to get me a replacement in a week and provided instruction video on how to replace it. I had other questions about the derailer guard, and getting an old rack tail light working with the new wiring. Once again, they provided pictures and or videos that made it very easy to complete on my own. I decided to also keep the second order for the new Himiway cruiser and I can’t wait to beat 5,800 miles from my last one. The Himiway beats the Tornado with power, but that's what will make the Tornado a good guest bike. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Freya is awesome. I've been enquiring about a bike and how to make changes. Whilst unfortunately I think the changes I need can't be made she has listened and gone back to the engineers and come back to me with answers to a lot of my queries so I understand she's tried her best and the company seem to have tried as well we are just limited by the government.
