I sent an email as I had received my bike but not the other things with it. I had received a quick response that it will be sent out immediately. I had then recieved another email from Freya with my tracking information, it is so nice to get a quick kind response. Such great customer service and nice getting a quick response thru the holidays.
I have not put my D3 Cruiser together yet, but happy I chose Himiway so far and especially very happy with their customer service.

Leo with Himiway Electric Bike company was very responsive and professional when I needed a replacement motor hub. Himiway kept my order from a year ago and verified I was still under warranty and replaced my part without question. Leo went above and beyond to help me through the process and offered his own cell number to send pics/videos of my issue as I couldn’t send to the company number. I had a replacement hub shipped within just a couple days. So far Himiway has been honorable to their customer service and warranty. Thank you Leo and Himiway!!

I placed an order for, I thought, a fender and required rear rack. I mistakenly ordered 2 rear racks! I was amazed when I got an email from Sylvia in support asking me if I intended to order 2 racks or if I wanted a fender and rack. That is service! Most businesses would just fulfill the order and not ask questions. I really appreciate that kind of service. Keep up the great work, Sylvia. You're a rockstar!!
