Himiway was so great to work with. Ordered a bike and payed for it then wanted to upgrade to a different ebike. They were so helpful in the process and got me the bike i wanted. It has been my best decision i made. The bike is fantastic. Would buy again.

Wir haben vor ca. 7 Monaten 2 Bikes bei Himiway gekauft und sind von Anfang an bei allem begleitet worden. Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Support (Poca und später Mike) waren 1A. Sie waren immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben mit viel Geduld immer alles sehr zeitnah beantwortet.

Jetzt hatte ich ein technisches Problem, bei dem mir der Mike innerhalb kürzester Zeit geholfen hat.

Was mir aber mit am besten gefällt, ist dass sich der Ansprechpartner nicht ständig ändert und man nicht immer durchgereicht wird, wie man es von anderen Unternehmen her kennt.

I now own two Himiway ST Cruisers. Bikes are built super toughened have proven very reliable. But the best is the battery life. Nothing like it out in the market.

My D5 Zebra has thus exceeded my expectations. I did make necessary ergonomic modifications such as a stem riser/extender and a seatpost shock absorber. Unfortunately I had to replace the original large comfy seat because the new Suntour NCX seatpost wasn't compatible with it... bummer (pun intended). I can confidently ride 80km on a full charge with PAS at 2 and mindful throttle use... maybe even 100km on flat terrain? At 80-90 lbs she's heavy but rides comfortably over gravel roads, even at 40-45km/h. I will replace the front shocks at some point though as they could be better.
Haven't needed tech support yet... hopefully when it's time to service the rear hub motor there will be parts in stock thru Himiway. I was originally going to buy a 50cc scooter for errands but bought this instead... so happy I did, ebikes are way more fun.

I needed a very specific kind of bike to suit my needs and picked the Cruiser they provide. Ever since then the bike has been awesome (it arrived in a huge box!) and the customer service quick to respond and help me, even with general maintenance questions.

I bought my Himiway Cruiser almost a year ago. I absolutely love it.
I had a few issues with my bike out of the box, but contact with Himiway Customer Services resulted in very quick dispatch and delivery of replacement parts from China.
The Cruiser is a beast, with tyres that wouldn't look out of place on a motorcycle. The motor is solid and reliable and pulls the bike up hills much better than other ebikes I've ridden/owned.
The cable operated disk brakes are adequate, but I upgraded mine to 4 piston hydraulic to stop the weight of myself, luggage and a trailer.

I had a problem with the battery on my Rambler bike. It turned on and off randomly. I reported the problem via email. The response from Himiway was prompt and detailed. The problem was solved and I was satisfied with the outcome.
