We are currently using Operto Teams for short term rentals to organize staff and streamline communications. We were hesitant to replace our existing technology because changing anything can be cumbersome but this was a game changing experience and worth the effort! The program itself is great and VERY well thought out but the folks we interacted with, namely Natalie and Corrine really made our experience easy and pleasant. Both answered questions thoughtfully, knew the product inside and out, and Corrine was an amazing onboarding teacher. She was organized, clear, concise, and conscious of our time.
