"Absolutely terrible customer service"
Absolutely terrible customer service. We wanted to exchange an expensive helmet. Emailed four times over a period of 4 weeks with no response. Finally got through to them on the phone after repeated phone calls. I then wanted to return the replacement they sent and they refused to because I was outside of the returns period. Given they didn't respond for 4 weeks originally this is very poor.

"Poor customer service"
Purchased a pair of cricket spikes in August 2021. came quickly but were too big. Wanted to exchange. Tried to phone multiple times, no answer. Discovered they were part of allrounder cricket, so tried to contact them. No answer. Tried to use chat on website. No reply. Put message on Instagram, no reply. Tried to email using info@ address, but they bounced back. Gave up. But then start of cricket season, thought I would give it another try. Got through on the phone but they say there is no record of the instagram message even though I can see it on my daughter's phone. They say they can see that I tried to send a message via the chat but apparently they said I must have made a mistake and not sent it properly because it didn't go through to an adviser. I am not sure how that is possible: you just press 'send' or 'leave a message'. So because it is so long since we purchased the shoes they are not going to do anything about it. 'It is out of their hands' apparently.

Wrong size bat sent, pads were left handed not right handed. Poor customer service, no one got back to you. Took a long time to resolve… and still not resolved! Would go elsewhere!

No confirmation email. No contact at all.
Looks like they are affiliated to another online 'sports' company so beware and do your research....if only I had done that :(
Expensive Christmas present I ordered and paid for won't be coming now...and no refund in my bank until after Christmas I've been told. I really don't have the money to buy something else for my cricket loving son so really let me down and they do not care one jot!

3 weeks with no contact after payment went through
Contacted after 3 weeks to say items were not available and I would get full refund. Waste of time

I needed to return my product the email address provide that ends discountcricketoutlet.com always comes back as undelivereable and no one ever answers the phone on the number provided 0113 457 6666. Very disappointing.

After many historical negative reviews I thought it only right to give and updated review. They were swift to deliver, courteous on the phone and all round very efficient. Maybe they had a blip during the lockdown when everyone was struggling but all was A1 for me. many thanks.

Order finally arrived this morning - a month after ordering with ‘express delivery’. No communication from them, no emails answered, no phone calls answered. 100% will not be using this company again.
Order came from All Rounder Cricket so not entirely sure who I should be reviewing really..

Following on from my previous review whereby I was starting to think these were not a legitimate company. Today I received my order. As paid for and as expected.
I think the main issue here is two companies affiliated to one another, Discount Cricket Outlet, who basically never respond to you and All Rounder Cricket (Leeds)
I paid and ordered through Discount Cricket but my order was fulfilled by All Rounder.
Please both, sort this out. It doesn’t make for good customer relations or returning customers as I certainly wont be returning.
You can see from the recent reviews your not doing very well and it’s not working!
