"Incredibly poor communication"

Incredibly poor communication. In fact, non existent. They don’t respond to email, they don’t answer the live chat.
I ordered something a week ago, it still hasn’t been dispatched. They were very quick indeed to debit the money though. Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from them. My advice is to order elsewhere.

Appalling Customer service. No one answers The phone and the only way to Communicate with them is by live chat and you get the standard response. It’s impossible to return goods As they won’t make it clear what they return policy is. I bought a product that was clearly not fit for purpose and I’m banging my head against a brick wall.

Emailed them - no answer

They don’t provide a number
Been over two weeks and no response
Don’t buy from them if you want any chance of after sales service

Really fast delivery. Ordered late Monday night on standard delivery and it arrived by Wednesday.

BUYER BEWARE

Placed an order on 20th November.
Order confirmation sent same day.
Received notification 1 week later to say delivery will be delayed because of supplier error.
No updated estimated delivery date.
No apology.

Now been almost 3 since initial order was placed for item which was showing as in stock.

Terrible service - and now cannot even get them to confirm that my order is cancelled.

Would not order from here again.

Two stars as nobody has confirmed my delivery date and nobody has returned my email regarding my order.
Last time I ordered in the summer the service was 5 star.
Customer service phone number just tells you to use on line contact form🤦‍♀️
