"Asolutely awful company"

Asolutely awful company. Pretty sure it's a scam company. Ordered a cricket shirt which was supposed to be next day delivery. Emailed & tried to call...but no answers...2.5 weeks later...no responses and no shirt. Approached credit card company to get a refund. Terrible company. Do not use.

Ordered a top for Father’s Day on 3rd June - money was taken but heard nothing. After emailing and calling twice with no reply was finally told on 12th June they had no stock and would give me a refund!!!

I ordered from here for my husbands birthday present and accidentally ordered the wrong size, I contacted customer services spoke with Advisor Adrian he managed to sort it all me I now have the right size ordered and it was all sorted very promptly - Birthday saved! Although the wrong size was sent, Discount Cricket refunded me the return delivery charge without any issues and promptly posted out the right size for the shoes. Used the live chat today to get a price match on a youth masuri helmet. The advisor Noel was extremely professional and helpful throughout. He offered to price match the other supplier without issue.
Unfortunately in the end I chose not to purchase as my son was desperate for the colour they couldn't price match as the original seller wasn't offering it. I can totally understand this, I just wish my son wasn't so fussy.
Overall a very good experience dealing with them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

"STAY AWAY"

I purchased a New Balance Cricket bat from Discount Cricket outlet for £354.17 which include the price for knocking in service. My u16 lad used it for 15 mins in the net and bat broke from 3 places. I sent them the photos and returned the bat. It's over 6 months they did not refund my money. They blamed it on the manufacturer and manufacturer blamed the poor knocking. when i told them that i am going to court, they dispatched the same damaged bat after 6 months which of course i refused to accept. Really bad customer service.

Recently I had to buy batting pads and a kit bag from them. The problem was I am based in Sydney, and was looking for some options which are not stocked in Sydney , but available in the UK. Buying from them was as good as being physically present in the store. Whenever I asked for the details of a pad, they weighed it and gave me the exact weight . Finally I could choose something that matched most of my needs. I can't recommend them highly enough, and would definitely be ordering any cricket gear , from them, in the future.
