I echo what everyone is saying, this is a nightmare of a company, they either don't answer the phone, or their phone number doesn't work. Emails bounce back and they ignore messages submitted through their site.

Doesn’t seem like this is a genuine company. Take orders that don’t seem to get fulfilled! No dispatch notice says after purchase. Ccompany email bounces and phones don’t get answered. Wish I had read other reviews here on TrustPilot first before ordering!!

Stay clear of this company appalling service, placed a order for thigh pad and spikes, 9 days later order arrived with a pair of spikes without spikes in the box and no thigh pad and now trying to get hold of them and no answer ridiculous

Shocking business! I returned my order and no refund! I’ve tried to contact them via email three times no response and can’t get through to speak to anyone. Please avoid this shambolic company!

Total farce. Does this company exist? Do not order under any circumstances. Placed an order a week ago, took my money, no items or details received. I’ve tried calling numerous times and the email was returned undeliverable. Need to raise a dispute via the bank for money back.

"No response and then they cancelled"
Placed the order and then 6 days later I hadn’t had a confirmation that they had shipped so I emailed them - email address is not valid. I phoned and there is just an automated message. They are part of a different company that I emailed and they responded back the same day...by cancelling. They ‘won’t be able to fulfil your order’. I’ll be keeping an eye out for the refund!

"Wrong product delivered"
Ordered a pair of Puma 19.1 bowling spikes, received Puma 19.2 which offer far less support and also cost ~£30 less. The wrong shoes.
Email address doesn't exist according to google, 2hrs on hold to no avail, and no response to the form on the website.
Very frustrated and out of pocket.

As most people on here - consistant problems trying to contact this company after sending 2 left cricket spikes for my order. Has anyone managed to get a different email to contact them?
