"Terrible. Fraud"

Terrible. Ordered a World Cup Cricket shirt in July. Still not received. They are thieves. I’m going to get advice as I am not going to let them get away with it. They need to be shut down. Contacting the FCA to get advice.

Terrible customer service - no contact since the order for a cricket shirt was made in July - have requested a refund today. Do not use.

Rip-off company. Ordered a cricket helmet via All Rounder Cricket. Then got emails saying this is trading as Discount Cricket. Then found out it was not in stock. 3 weeks later nothing. Ignoring my attempts to contact them. Do not use.

"England cricket World Cup shirt"

I Ordered a cricket World Cup shirt back in July and still haven’t received it in October. Apparently no refund or exchange as ‘special order’ Advertised as delivery within a few days. No notifications from them as to what’s happening. When it arrives it probably won’t fit my daughter anymore. Apalling customer service advise to shop elsewhere.

Terrible company! Ordered a cricket shirt in July, only to find, after I did all the chasing it was not in stock. They dont answer emails, they dont answer calls. Eventually I got an email after many sent to be told I should receive my item in September/October! Still nothing and still not responding to emails and other contact. Avoid, avoid AVOID!!

Beyond awful .Not even cheaper than competition . Customer service non existent don’t answer calls or emails . Ordered bat to be knocked in and oiled .All they did was put a cheap poly cover on . Don’t believe the fake reviews either “ I spoke to Dave and he was amazing “ etc etc and other nonsense

I ordered a cricket bat for my sons birthday - after chasing it repeatedly - they offered to send me some rubbish bat instead which ive declined and now they wont refund me.
I have subsequently read many negative reviews about this company on this and other similar websites . I am going to take them to the small claims court as they cant be allowed to get away with this..

Do not buy from this company... I Ordered a Masuri elite cricket helmet on the 02nd of July, which they claimed to be in stock for next day delivery. Even after a week nothing arrived, i sent about five emails which has no response yet, finally managed to get hold of someone who said they will refund my money, Its been 7 days since no refund. Do not buy.. Awful company.
Pay couple pounds more and buy from others with hastle free..

"Bad service"

We ordered a cricket bat and some gloves from here on 14th June with the "next day delivery" it claims to have, and we waited for 6 days, and nothing was delivered, not even dispatched. We phoned them up and they acted clueless as to what had happened, and would email us. Later that day they said that both items were out of stock and we could make another choice, and we emailed back, but with no reply. They're not even picking up the phone. It's 21st June and we still have not had a refund or any products whatsoever.
