"2 weeks in and goods not received!"
Item ordered (& paid for) two weeks ago and no sign of anything being delivered. Phone calls go unanswered. Email was responded to after 3 days to say that 1 item hadn’t turned up in the delivery to them but that they expected it at the end of last week. I replied immediately asking for an estimated delivery date to me and, surprise surprise…no response - or delivery! Will be cancelling the payment via my credit card company if not received by the end of this week.
I understand that sometimes things go wrong with suppliers but there is no excuse to not keep customers informed. Extremely poor customer service. If you are considering using this company, I would suggest you buy from elsewhere.

My order was delayed by Evri for a few weeks in unforeseen circumstances, I contact the chat, the staff helped me collect my items from the Sheffield branch literally the same few minutes as I was on the e-chat. I have collected my goods locally some thirty minutes later. Thank you very much for your quick reply and your speed to rectify this. Well done.

"Falsely advertised price"
Falsely advertised price. Place the item(s) in the basket and the price goes up. Spoke to customer service via online chat and they were quite unhelpful. When it was clear I was expressing issues with advertising laws, they gave me incorrect information on how to download the chat transcript which conveniently is now gone for good. Truly one of the worst online experiences with a retailer I've had in a long time. This was going to be my first order with them and quite a large one. Happy to take the business elsewhere at a tiny extra cost.

"Money taken but nothing received!"
A birthday gift ordered, money taken but nothing has arrived. I have tried to phone, message, live chat & email multiple times & not once has anyone replied. Unfortunately I only read the reviews after I placed the order & I can see that this company are doing this to many customers. Absolute disgrace & absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I want & have requested my money back & so far I'm bring ignored. I'm reporting this company to trading standards

"Return of goods made as unbelievably difficult!"
Paying for the cricket boots was the easiest thing. However, when the boots would not fit I wanted to return them. The T&C's state that you have to call the company and advise them before sending boots back. No one answers the phone but you are told to go onto live chat between 10.00 hrs and 14.00 hours Mon to Friday. Then you can't print the transcript. I sent the boots back Royal Mail at my cost, registered post. This company does everything to put you off returning something by ignoring your contact on every occasion. The website does not have a review section either... says it all. eventually some two weeks later I have received a refund but will not use or recommend this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, i didnt get my delivery on time, when i got my delivery i got completely strange products. Sent several emails, no reply. Called, no answer. Chat option not available on site, some people say chat is available 2-3 hous a day. No customer service whatsoever. I contacted my Bank today to get refund, lets see if i get my money back.

"No reply to complaint"
I purchased a pair of '2023 New Balance CK4030 Cricket Shoes'. The order was confirmed and I then didn't receive any dispatch email, when 7 days passed, I called the company using the contact number provided on the order confirmation email, I got through to a helpful colleague who explained the company is out of stock of the item and will be getting a New delivery the same week. I received my order a few days later.
I wore these for the first time that week and was extremely shocked when the in-sole of the right shoe slipped forward while I was running up to bowl. I have been using New Balance Cricket Shoes for several years and have never experienced anything like this. As a regular customer of New Balance, I have always found New Balance shoes have lasted several years with regular use, without any damage. I am terribly disappointed with the quality, especially considering they are from such a trusted and reputed brand.
Since 26th April 2023, I jave sent two emails to The Cricket outlet alomg with ohotos for the damage and have made numerous attempts to contact them via telephone (using numbers provided in their correspondence at the time of order), as well as completing the online contact form, however have not received a single reply from anyone.
Really disappointed with such poor service.

"Terrible service"
I ordered a helmet and some junior pads for my son. The strap on the pads is way too long - even too big for me. I have tried to call customer service multiple times and nobody picked up. I have tried using the chat service now. No response either. Very poor.
