"Much too low for a pillow,it was too…"

Much too low for a pillow,it was too dense as well, also had to pay £8.00 to return it? Can’t remember the last time I had to pay to return something?

"Good company to deal with"

I ordered the ergonomic pillow. It arrived very quickly and was obviously a high quality product. However after using it for 2 weeks it became obvious that it was not right for me as I was waking up in the night with neck pain. There was no problem at all in returning it and I received a refund very quickly. I then ordered the softer version of the same pillow but that too proved unsuitable so I again returned it and despite Evri appearing to lose my pillow I still received my refund as soon as I contacted Talatex. I feel that Talatex are a good company to deal with and their pillows are certainly good quality. I'm disappointed that they were just unsuitable for me.

"Better than expected"

Having suffered with an arthritic neck for many years I have used a Dunlopillo for a long time but it needed replacing. Finding one with the correct support is always a challenge but I came across Talatex and their 30 day trial offer so took the plunge. I’m not disappointed - I initially thought it was too firm, thick and heavy but after using it for 6 weeks I’ve found it much better than my previous one.

"Not what i expected..."

The firmest premium quality pillow I've bought doesn't provide the slightest head support. It's really soft. If this is the hardest pillow, I dare not imagine what the softer ones will be like... I think it is caused by the poor density of the latex. The pillowcases are of good quality instead.
Moreover, there is totally no label or anything else that allows me to verify that the pillow contained in the box I received (not sealed, but rather looking almost used) is actually the pillow I had ordered. I am returning the product (at my expense, according to company policies)
