I ordered two pillows which were on a bundle offer, unfortunately one of the pillows was faulty and looked like a second hand then I requested a refund from the seller and the seller wanted to only refund me for the used pillows, I insisted as the purchase was a bundle offer then I have to send the two pillows together for a full refund.
Talatexhome did only agree to send a free postage label for the second hand pillow, this took about over a fortnight to exchange email and still Talatexhome would not send me a free postage label for the bundle offer. At the end I had to pay £8 postage for the one good pillow, so I will not recommend Talatexhome to anyone to shop. Awful customer service!

"Perfect pillow for me "
I needed a pillow that I wouldn't sink into yet would still still be firm and soft as I am a side sleeper and I watch TV to go to sleep, other pillows blocked my view so I had to bend them over and sleep on the edge , now I can lay down keep cool and watch TV comfortably very happy

"Much better than My Pillow brand"
I love this pillow! I replaced my My Pillow with the Talatex pillow because I got sick of always having to plump up the My Pillow several times during the night to get the support I needed.
The Talatex pillow is soft and holds its shape, supporting my head and neck perfectly. I now sleep much better! I would highly recommend it!
Also, it arrived in a timely manner. Much sooner than I anticipated!

If there was a 'no star' option I would have selected that. After making my purchase I received a tracking number, upon checking it was delivered to the other side of the country. I contacted the company who said it was a mistake with the tracking number so they sent me another, which showed they hadn't even sent my purchase. Nearly a month later as I am still waiting for my items, I decided to get a refund however the company do not respond to calls or emails. Deeply disappointed, and would not recommend to anyone else.

I sent a request for a refund on Feb. 8 and here it is Feb. 16 and have not heard anything back at all from the company. I thought that I would have heard something back by now, it's been over a week.

The pillow is a bit bouncy and marginally too high but is of good quality. Next time I will order the soft instead of medium soft.

I have been trying to contact customer services for 3 days to arrange an exchange of one of the items I ordered. The phone line constantly has a message saying that the phone I am trying to reach is not able to accept calls! I’ve also e mailed but again, 3 days later, no response. I’ve also completed an online enquiry form: no reply. Very poor (currently non existent) customer ‘service’.
